This Pitcher plant is one of many plants in my upcoming game "Enter The Flesh Again". It is carnivorous and has a prey-trapping mechanism triggered by movement. Smaller creatures are attracted to its cupped leaf and whenever one passes by close enough, the plant becomes irritated by tiny hairs running along its strong, rubbery surface which makes it stretch open and envelope its prey whole. If creatures aren’t fast or strong enough to escape, they either suffocate to death, or die by being digested alive through enzymes secreted by the plant itself.
