Actually, what I mean by "exceptions" is that there are going to be bosses that can't be killed by the grenade in one hit. But, now that I think about it, it seems a little ridiculous that you would say that the grenade launcher is a one-hit kill and have several bosses that aren't killed instantly by it.

Oh! The grenade launcher will be a one-hit kill weapon for all average enemies like Aliens, Soldiers and Leapers. It does not include bosses. Sorry if I caused some confusion.

Hum... I wonder how much is it.
It costs the same as the flame thrower; 25 food rations. It might change later on if it seems like the price is a bit unbalanced, but I'm pretty confident that it will stay the same.

Why do I have a feeling that A: There are going to be exceptions to this rule or B: There aren't going to be many big bosses, based on this insta-kill weapon?

Not sure what you mean. Exceptions to what rule? Are you afraid that the M79 will be too overpowered? The catch with this weapon is that you have to reload after every shot, unless you've upgraded it. What this means is that even though the grenades are extremely deadly, you have to make every shot count. Timing and aim is quite important. It's a tricky, but devastating weapon.
If you think this weapon will be too overpowered, I'm afraid what you might think about another even more powerful weapon that I'll reveal in the near future :P
