EnterTheFleshAgain: Aarya #1

Posted by SeethingSwarm - August 17th, 2016

This is Aarya, the main character in Enter The Flesh Again. Not knowing wether she is dreaming or not, she finds herself lost in a world where she is continuously transitioning from one life to the next. Trapped in an endless cycle of death and rebirth, Aarya must find a way to escape the ever-turning wheel of life and her current caged existence.

glad I get to see a update

I'm glad I can finally share something new :)

Oooh, sounds promising.

I'm glad this piques your interest! Thanks! I hope I can deliver on expectations.

Pretty big reveal, nice!

Thanks! :)
I wasn't sure if I should share this yet, but then I just thought what the hell, hehe.

Seething, your an amazing Game Dev. I especially love the earth taken series, and I just can wait to go bounding around "The Flesh" as a Dingalope! But, you say you've been working on this for a long time, which is great, it's gonna be an amazing game, but I feel like I've been waiting Forever! In one post you said you had been working one this before you even created all 3 earth tokens and the acid bunnies, so, I guess, I'm just wondering is it really so big that it takes that long?

First off, thanks for the kind words! I'm glad you enjoy my games and it's always nice to read comments like this. Makes me feel good and also helps inspire me to work even harder :)

You HAVE been waiting forever! I know that this game has been in the works for too long. Making the Earth Taken series and the Acid Bunny series really slowed down progress and sometimes even brought it to a stand-still for months on end. Although the game will be bigger than anything I've done before, just keep in mind that I did make 7 other games during this time as well, so don't expect a super massive game of crazy proportions. I'm just one guy and I really want to do the subject-matter justice and sometimes it can be a bit tricky, and the amount of content in the game can be quite overwhelming at times.

I'm not making excuses, just trying to give you a better idea of why this game is taking so long. Luckily I'm not planning on making any other games before ETFA is ready :)

Great! I understand now. And thanks a ton for responding!

You're welcome :)

Just from the photo alone I can tell this is going to be a really good game.

Also the sort of limbo plot you have going on in this is really cool I haven't seen many games do that and it's a topic I have a interest in.

I've enjoyed everyone of your games you've made so far and I can't wait to play this one.

Also small question I know you've been working on his for quite a while now. Do you have a rough time frame in which you think this game is going to be released? Thank you for reading

Ah thanks! I'm glad you're excited for ETFA and it's also really nice to know you enjoyed my other games :)

I honestly don't know when this will be ready. I'm even afraid to give you some rough estimate. The main thing that has really slowed down the development progress for this game has been me making other games, but from now on I'm sticking with this until it's ready. The earliest release date for Enter The Flesh Again is probably around the end of this year, but unfortunately I highly doubt it. There's still much to do. Sorry for being so vague.

I can not wait for this it looks so cool

That's great! Thanks for the kind words :)

This game looks so fucking good, I can not wait to play it.

This really looks good.......
Full steam ahead...hahah...
